Home and guide covers are artistic impressions prepared for this directory, rather than documentary photographs.
The painted Old Town Hall in Burslem and Middleport Pottery bottle-oven illustrations were informed by David Stowell's Old Town Hall, Burslem photograph and Roger D Kidd's Bottle kiln at Middleport Pottery, Stoke-on-Trent photograph. Both references and these two artistic adaptations are available under CC BY-SA 2.0. Changes include painted rendering, composition, light and colour. Source photographs are not displayed on this public website.
The canal outing, community hall, shop, joinery workshop and winter gathering are representative settings, not exact named premises, routes, identifiable people or event layouts. Category tiles retain photographic styling. Business photographs, header imagery and logos are separately sourced from their own websites.
